How can i access a bluetooth device using dot net Framework with a vb program or C# program?

I am creating a program to control PC using mobile through bluetooth. For this i need to access the bluetooth using a program. I am developing this program using dot net framework. I have chosen the VB language. Can any one please explain how to access the bluetooth device using .net framework?
