How to use VB to set the mouse sensitivity so that it will set to be the same on every computer? Thanks!?

I am working on a project as part of it involves using mouse as distance sensor.. But if i calibrate it on my laptop the sensitivity wont be the same on other computer...So how?? HOWW???
